We offer education and training to our existing employees and we support our local young people by offering them apprenticeships through our local college the SRC.

We aim to reduce the negative impact that we have on the environment, enhance our local environment, and improve any negative impact in connection with our local area and our business.

We are committed to improving our negative impact on the environment that arise from our business activities and delivery of services.

Introduce measures to promote efficient use of natural resources i.e. energy, fuel and water

We will try to minimise internal waste by reducing, reusing and recycling when and wherever possible

We will try to minimise emissions to the air and water

We will endeavour to minimise packaging on goods purchased

We will comply with all applicable legislation and regulations and requirements laid down by local legislative bodies.
